In the area of neurology, diagnostics are based on a detailed ultrasound scan of the brain vessels (3D/4D colour-coded duplex sonography, Doppler sonography and transcranial Doppler sonography), the EEG (electroencephalogram) in all its variations, electromyography (EMG) and the measurement of nerve conduction velocity (NCV), the testing evoked potentials, comprehensive neuroradiology (incl. MRT, CT), and a broad spectrum of neurochemically-oriented laboratory diagnostics.

In the area of psychiatry, various psychiatric methods are available for evaluations, including the utilisation of the neurology department. With relevant indication, diagnostics and treatment will be based on a psychosomatic-psychotherapeutic approach. Therapies may be based on or may additionally include methods from holistic medicine with the important inclusion of approaches that are close to nature, physical therapy, and a certified body and ear acupuncture.

In general, all diagnostics and treatment options can be provided on an inpatient or outpatient basis. If the patient’s life is at risk, we also offer intensive care monitoring and therapy in a hospitalised setting.
